I have 13+ years of CRM and process-related experience. I've been helping my wife build her business for the last 4 years and, most recently, an intern. I have also tested real-world workflows inside a live travel business. That mix is what shaped TruAccel. I understand both backend systems and how those systems have to support real advisor work.
We begin with your current process and materials. I help identify the work needed, agree on the scope and budget, and complete the agreed changes.
At handoff, you receive a recorded call and detailed documentation by email, with relevant Tern links. If the project has remaining gaps, the handoff explains them.

Where the work stops
