Meet Sterling, the Tern consultant behind TruAccel.
I help travel advisors turn Tern into a working backend system instead of another unfinished setup project.
Why I Built TruAccel
I built TruAccel because there is a real gap between buying Tern and actually getting it configured, connected, and usable. Most advisors do not need more random pieces. They need the backend cleaned up and made safe enough to run.
That is why TruAccel is now service-first. The work starts with foundation cleanup, workflow rehab, launch builds, and migration support. The TruAccel Vault comes after that as the continuity layer.

I help advisors make Tern usable behind the scenes.
I have 13+ years of CRM and process-related experience. Over the last ~4 years, I have also helped build my wife's travel business inside Tern and have tested real-world workflows inside a live travel business. That mix is what shaped TruAccel. I understand both backend systems and how those systems have to support real advisor work.

What TruAccel Does and Doesn't
What TruAccel does
- Tern foundation cleanup and setup
- Workflow Rehab and reconnect work
- Workflow-family installs and Launch Builds
- Migration planning and implementation
- Ongoing continuity through The TruAccel Vault
What TruAccel does NOT do
- Book travel or build itineraries
- Manage inboxes or day-to-day client communication
- Replace official Tern support
- Act as a generic VA service
Why The TruAccel Vault Still Exists
The TruAccel Vault is still part of the business, but it is not the main front door anymore. Its job is to keep a working system current through updated shared assets, release notes, and clear guidance after the initial setup work is done.
