Yes. I can review and adapt existing templates. We confirm the assets, your process and included changes before work begins.
We agree on what can transfer, what needs rebuilding and what remains outside the project. Migration is not a promise to copy every item from the old system.
The rate is $35 per hour. After the free consultation, I provide a written scope and estimate of the hours needed. We agree on the work and budget before I begin.

A discussion of your starting point, desired result and next step. Detailed account investigation and implementation are separate paid work.
A recorded walkthrough and a detailed emailed document explaining the completed work, how to use it, remaining gaps and relevant Tern support links.
Email me about an error in the work I delivered. I review and correct my own mistakes at no additional charge. New workflows, additional features and changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.
We review what is complete and what remains. Additional time and work need approval before continuing. Purchased hours do not guarantee completion of every priority.
Team work is scoped individually. We discuss the account, shared assets, decision-makers and people involved before estimating the project.
No. TruAccel provides independent configuration and training services. Product issues should go to official Tern support.
